Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship Australia wide using trusted express couriers. Delivery times typically range between 1 to 6 business days, depending on your location.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number, allowing you to follow your delivery.
Shipping Costs
- Flat shipping fee: $50 (including GST) for deliveries within Australia
- Free express shipping on orders over $300
- All shipping fees include full insurance for peace of mind
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, even if an item is returned.
International Shipping
Laquea currently does not offer international shipping. All deliveries are within Australia only.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. If there are any unexpected delays, such as stock availability issues, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
- Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.
- If your parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, please check with your local courier or post office first before contacting us.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, redelivery fees will apply
